Press the medical panic button (available in a bracelet, necklace, or belt clip) and a distress signal is sent to the UL-approved medical monitoring center. Our Farmington and St. Louis alarm systems transmit a signal which opens up the line of communications between the monitoring center and your home.

As with monitoring for all Alarm Security burglar alarm systems, we immediately call your residence and check on your status. A priceless piece of your home security equipment, your panic button will connect you with a live agent. If you let us know you need assistance because of an emergency or if you do not answer your phone, we will dispatch an EMS unit to your home. If needed, we will also contact key holders or loved ones. We will inform the EMS unit of any existing medical condition or issues. This information helps prepare the EMS to assist our clients effectively and efficiently when needed most.
